T Davlin manufactures architectural glass and tile. Products include large architectural panels to small scale decorative tile. We have extensive fabrication capabilities and can make custom work to suit. Our biggest customer is Ann Sacks a division of Kohler Company. . This work is sold in twenty locations throughout the United States as well as showrooms in London and Shanghai. Tile has been made for many luminaries including Jay-Z and was also featured in the L word suit for the Metropolitan home Showtime entertainment show house in NYC. We have also supplied several large commercial projects in Las Vegas as well as the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong.
Tony Davlin was introduced to the possibilities of precious metal leaf and glass when he apprenticed with glass maestro Pino Signoretto on the Venetian island of Murano. He holds dual degrees from Tulane University and has studied glass making at the Pilchuck Glass School and Haystack School. He also has demonstrated at Rhode Island School Of Design.
Tony has made objects for many private and public collections including the Smithsonian Institution, Oxfam America, National League Baseball and Cosmopolitan Magazine.
In addition, Tony Davlin has over 15 U.S. and foreign patents. These patents include a proprietary processes to adhere precious metal to glass, packaging technology and pizza ovens.
